a. Groove profiles : according client request and sheaves grooves were manufacture by CNC .
b. Groove heat treatment by intermediate frequency quenching , hardness deep around ≥2.5mm
c. Groove MT test after heat treatment
d. Sheave welding MT test or UT test
4. Sheave welding process according WPQR (WPS) AWS D1.1
